When will I be charged?
You will be charged when you finalise your order with Paypal or Stripe. If you have a discount code, please enter it in the box marked ‘Have a coupon?” before you proceed to Paypal or Stripe. Your payment card will be debited once your order has been validated. In the unlikely event that we are unable to fulfil your order, we will contact you via the email address that you provide in order to notify you of any problems, and to arrange a replacement or to cancel the item from the order and refund you as necessary.
Can I amend my order after placing it?
Unfortunately, we are unable to make changes to your order once it has been placed. If you change your mind, simply return the unwanted items for a full refund when they arrive and place a new order for additional or alternative items.
The item or size/colour that I wanted is out of stock: when will it be available?
Unfortunately, we are unable to accept pre-orders on items. We do endeavour, however, to keep you informed as to when items are expected to be back in stock again in the product description.
Do colours between the product photos on your website vary from the actual product?
We do our best to keep the colours on our website as true to our products as possible, and aim to represent items as accurately as possible, but computer screen settings do vary and there can be a difference in colour as a result. If you have doubts about a colour and need assistance, please contact us at email@example.com and we will be happy to help.
What if my items are damaged or incorrect?
Please accept our sincere apologies and contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org. We will issue you with a free returns label and arrange to refund or replace your item(s) as quickly as possible.
Can I return an item for a refund if I change my mind?
We hope that you love everything that you order from us but, should you need to return or exchange and item, we ask that you email us at email@example.com within 28 days so that we can provide you with a returns code and further information. You can then complete this form to return with your item(s).
Products must be returned within 28 days in their original new, unused, unworn, unwashed, unsoiled condition and in their Cozymum & me packaging.
Please note that the shipping cost of a returned product is at your expense: we recommend that you use a service that enables you to track the package as we are not responsible for products lost in transit.

Do you offer a gift wrapping service?
We’re sorry but we are unable to offer this at present, but hope to launch this service soon.
Can I have a gift receipt?
Our packing and dispatch slips do have the price marked on them at the moment, but we are looking into being able to offer the option of a gift receipt at checkout in the near future.
